Download a cube net template online and print it onto cardstock. Complete the cube shape, omitting the top side. This will form your basket. (Optional: Write energizing messages on each side.)
Punch a hole in the top two opposite sides of the basket and thread string through each one. Glue the end of both strings to the balloon.
