Free Printable Santa Letterhead
For these Santa letterhead printables, we illustrated designs with ornaments, candy canes, garland, mistletoe, Santa's signature, authentic North Pole postmarks, and of course, St. Nick himself.
Print some stationery designs that your family can use to write their own letters to the big man on Christmas Eve. Then, create a bit of extra magic on Christmas morning and leave a personal note from Santa, addressed specifically to your kids!
While any of these letterheads can be printed on regular copy paper, using card stock is the best way to make the letters more durable.

Don't Forget the North Pole Envelopes
Include North Pole envelopes to put your Santa letters in for an even more enchanting experience. A good place to look for these is on Etsy. You can even find North Pole envelopes that show Santa's address!
Print your favorite stationery, write a letter to Santa, and seal your Santa letterhead in the envelope. Set it out with milk and cookies on Christmas Eve (we always include some carrots for the reindeer too!).
If you use the letter templates as a response to a Santa letter, make sure you address the letter to your child and set it out so they can read it Christmas morning.
Personalize Your Santa Letterhead
One thing I love about these Santa letterhead templates is that you can truly customize them.
Here are some ideas on how to personalize your Santa letters:
- Leave a different letter for each child from Santa, addressing it specifically to their name
- Tell a story in the letter about your child, from Santa's point of view
- Recognize the acts of kindness your child has done that year
- Print your home address in the "To:" section of the letter
- Add a Christmas stamp
- Respond to specific details that someone had included in their letter to Santa
- Have your child draw or write their wishlist to leave for Santa
- Use the stationary to make "Thank You" cards to Santa and his helpers
These little touches will create special and long-lasting memories for your family.
